Sony vegas 9 pro Installing problem?

Did you put the Twain_32.dll file into the right folder? I think it goes into the C:\Windows\System32 folder but you need to make sure of this. Once it's there it should work. Also make sure if it already exists on your computer, you delete the old file. Lastly, you may need to be sure that DLL file is compatible for your version of Windows.
