My co-worker is constantly bombarding me with details of her life, it is exhausting, what should i do?

It starts from in the morning with every detail of her trip in and goes all day long, it is not equal communication. Its all about her and she NEVER askes about my drive, kids etc. nor does she listen to me. It become draining and down right exhausting, its even a job to eat in the lunchroom because she goes on and on, PLEASE HELP!
