Sweetheart table vs. Traditonal Head table?

I have no negative feelings towards either a head bridal table or a sweetheart table....it's all a matter of preference....if all your attendants are married and would be happier seated with their spouses, then a sweetheart table sounds like the way to go after all, it's for dinning purposes...why does a bride need to have her bridal party on 'display' all during dinner when the FOOD should be the main focus...good luck.
