What are good college majors...?

I am a strong writer; i am going into AP english next year as a junior. Regarding the SATs, I always do incredibly well in the writing section, and slightly worse in the reading comprehension and math sections. I love writing yet I'm not into reading the clics, so i definitely do not see myself being an english teacher in the future. My mom would really like me to go into speech pathology, but I am not exactly sure what a job like that entails. I know I don't have to decide what I want to go into now, but I would like to start thinking about it. All ideas would be very helpful. College suggestions would also be useful.
