Two Quick Questions, it pertains to a work of fiction I am working on.?

as a reader, I have no problem with language as long as it is not over-used. I would think that the faculty would not be happy to use their real names and, as a teacher, I would not be happy with that. I would make the whole thing fiction, including the school. Change all names but base them on real people. Also, on the language front, if you are writing for a younger reader then i wouldn't use it.
