Student W4 exemptions?

If you're a dependent, fed income tax kicks in at $5800, so you'll owe some. I think you forgot to tell the calculator that you're a dependent. Put 0 or 1. Don't worry about a "big" refund, it won't be. And the $75 you have in won't be enough if you make $7000. But if you do put 3 and if that means they don't take any more out all year, you'll only owe a small amount. The only danger is if you end up making quite a bit more than you expect.
