Should I dye my hair blondish or dark brown?

Hi, I will prefer the dark brown than the blonde. Since you are fair, blond color will make you look fairer and it can make your hair looks very dry if not taken good care or treatment. My sis used to color her hair blond but when I brought her to my stylist, he chose a dark brown as a base and a lighter color for her highlights and it looks great! Best of all, i think it makes her looks younger and more feminine.....
