Question about the US,libya and nato?

It is NATOs job, and they are doing it now. NATO is slow to move its feet because they have to vote unanimously on everything. France, UK, and the US were the leaders of the no-fly zone (which was put in place by the UN) but now the power has been handed over to NATO.
