Period Question (females only) ?

My parents aren't in town, so my aunt is staying overnight with me. I'm having my period, and I have the worst cramps of my life. Seriously. The only pain reliever we have in the house right now is Aleve, which I can't take because I'm allergic to Naproxen Sodium. : ( I've been laying in bed with the heating pad for the last hour, trying to find relief. I'm pretty sure my aunt knows I'm on the rag, because she came in my room to ask me what I wanted for dinner, saw me laying curled up in a ball, and winked at me. So do you think she knew then? I REALLY need some pain relievers. How should I ask her if she can run out and get me some Pamprin or something.? It's kind of embarring. Advice? Can anyone map out a conversation I could have with her?
