My friend received her tax refund and I didn't?Filed same day?

My friend and I did our taxes on the same day,the 15th she got hers back this past Friday the 22nd.I didnt get mine??Wheres my refund site says by Feb 2nd???Then it changed and said they have no info?Please allow 3 weeks??When do you think I will get it?And why did she get hers when we did them the same day??Thanks
