Is acne pore cleanser really a good azz pimp killer?

No, pore cleanser clears out poors of oil and dirt and helps prevent more pimples coming in and some reduce size and maybe redness, But it DOES NOT kill the ones you currently have. Maybe try clean and clear kit it works great ! :) I hope i helped
