Can you use a screwdriver and fire from the oven as heat as a substitute to a soldering stick?

Try the screwdriver and a torch flame. The oven will not give enough heat and will melt or burn the handle on the screwdriver. Not to mention the waste of energy. This process will adversely effect the hardening of the screwdriver and will ruin it for all intents and purposes, in the future.
