Can husband have children after being hit in testicles?

My husband was playing hockey over the weekend and got nailed right in the testicles with a puck. It was a really hard hit and while he didn’t fall down, his testicles are now swollen. He says he is fine but I am wondering if this may affect his ability to have children. Anyone know?
