Basketball Shooting!?

So I want to have the ability to be able to shoot lights out!! I know it takes alot of practice and repetition I get that part. My question is where can I get the best shooting instruction that will make me successfull with my goal? It can be videos, websites books etc........because I know that practice doesn't make perfect, perfect practice makes perfect so help me please !
