2nd c section question.....?

okay im having my second c section in late september and it will be 2 in eleven months so no chance of VBAC lol my babies are close in age...but i was wondering. afterwards do u have the incredible bleeding and fluid drainage for weeks with a sceduled one? since ur not dialated or technically even in labor how does all of that work?
